To ensure that a mattress can deliver your expectations, it is crucial to select the correct raw materials. The building blocks of a high quality mattress are top quality raw materials that are durable and possess all the properties that need to be present for a good night’s sleep.
We pay particular attention to use only clean, unpolluted raw materials and we have them tested regularly for chemical residues by an independent lab. The results of these test can be viewed at www.dormiente.com. Our mattresses – some of which have received numerous awards – are manufactured in Germany in our own facilities. Using our technical know-how and sound manufacturing skills, they are then MADE BY HAND into beds, mattresses and other natural bedding products.
Our natural latex mattresses are certified by QUL as environmentally friendly natural latex mattresses. Certificate and test results of the ECO-Institute Cologne for our natural latex mattresses from the Natural-Classic and Deluxe range, our pillows, and various materials such as organic cotton, organic drill, Medicott. Pure new wool are from certified organic husbandry with proof of origin. Our mattress covers are subjected to rigorous tests to meet Global Organic Standards product testing.
